Welcome to True Reflections Dance & Fitness. “Dance & Fitness for all ages, shapes and Sizes”.  Here at True Reflections Dance & Fitness, our programs go beyond teaching technique . Dance and Fitness help children to gain important life skills such as learning about respect, working as a team, and  gaining confidence. These skills lead to the development of strong and secure people who can thrive and conquer their lives, as well as spread their gift and talent to the community.  We strive to help our dancers to be strong and health, as well as encourage age appropriate motor skills and cognitive development.  Current media representation of “Childhood Activities”(“Dance Moms” and “toddlers in Tiara”) are frowned upon at TRDF. All children are special and all children deserve to be treated as such.  Our Adult programs reflect the same views: ONLY POSITIVE THINKING HERE!!!!

We offer dance classes for all levels in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acro, contemporary, lyrical, pointe, as wells as performance teams and companies for all ages.  We have an annual recital in June where our Dancers get to shine on stage and perform for an audience.  Call us today or stop by the studio and see why families in Warwick, Coventry, North Kingstown,  and Cranston have trusted us for dance each year.

Dancing helps people feel more joyful and confident and also allows them to express such issues as anger, frustration, and loss that may be too difficult to express verbally.

Dancing in a group helps to bring people out of isolation, increase communication skills and create powerful emotional social bonds to generate the good feelings that come from being with others.

Dancing is just plain fun! It is fun to learn, fun to perform and even fun to just watch.
